Birdie Parker Carina+Michelle Earrings

Birdie Parker Designs handcrafts jewelry to perfectly accessorize your favorite knitting, crocheting or fiber arts project!  Lightweight with plenty of playful movement, these earrings are a way to show your crafty side even when the temperature doesn't call for hand knits.

The CARINA + MICHELLE is available in two sizes: the Medium is 2" x 3/4" and the Small is 1 1/2" x 1/2".  The CARINA + MICHELLE is mounted on a sterling silver post earring finding, with a comfort clutch silicone backing.

The patterns are etched into the surface of the material using an electro-etching technique.  Each shape is then cut out by hand using a jeweler's saw, and refined using hand files and sandpaper.  Lastly, a light patina is applied to add depth to the etchings and make the pattern pop, and sealed with a light coat of wax.
