Harlow Hat Class- Beginning Brioche

Create the two toned hat of your dreams with our Harlow hat class! Ideal for beginner brioche enthusiasts, this hat is knit from the bottom up in two color brioche and is totally reversible. In this class Paul will lead you through the fundamentals of two color brioche, students will learn to master this often intimating stitch pattern as well as how to fix simple mistakes.

When: Mondays, February 20th & 27th from 6-8pm

Skills Learned: 2 color brioche, how to fix brioche mistakes, brioche decreases

Required Skills: This pattern is for the advanced beginner ready to take on a new skill. Students should be proficient at knitting, purling, fixing basic mistakes and reading their stitches.

Homework: Please purchase yarn (1 skein each of Highland and Rios), pattern & US 5 & 6 needles before class. As the primary focus of this course is to  learn brioche stitching, students must cast on for their chosen size before the first night of class.
