Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Partial returns on Kits (such as unused yarn) are not accepted--kits must be returned in their entirety. For kits that include a digital pattern, your store credit will reflect the cost of the yarn but not the pattern as there is no way to return a digital item. We do not accept exchanges/returns on yarn that has been wound, sale yarn, books, needles, notions, digital items, accessories, or special order items.
When exchanging yarn, shipping costs to and from Blazing Needles will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Your store credit will reflect the price of the returned item(s) minus any shipping cost.
We strongly suggest that you insure all items to be exchanged. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.
We ask that you please contact us prior to shipping any yarn for exchange or store credit, so that we may keep an eye out for its delivery.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on these pages. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor or other device screen will be accurate.
As we are a brick-and-mortar store, there may be times when we do not have the inventory to fulfill your order. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to let you know that your order has been back-ordered. We will keep your back order until we have the inventory to ship or arrange pick up in store. You may cancel a back order at any time by contacting email@example.com.
For regular price items, when we fill an order we always first attempt to select yarn from the same dye lot. If the quantity to do so is not available, we will contact you promptly and see what your preference is. If you prefer your yarn to have the same dye lot, we will back order the yarn, and fill the order when inventory is renewed. If the yarn is discontinued, we may not be able to fulfill the order in a uniform dye lot. For items on sale we do not guarantee matching dye lots and you may receive multiple dye lots without contact to confirm your preference in that instance. If you are concerned about matching dye lots for sale items, please contact the store before placing your order, as all sale items are considered "final sale" and are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Special-ordered items, including yarn, must be paid for in advance and are considered "final sale". There are no exchanges, returns, refunds, or store credits allowed on special order items.
We will make every effort to ensure you receive matching dyelots, but cannot promise them. You may receive multiple dyelots on sale yarns. If this is a concern, please call us at 801-487-5648 before placing your order. Sale-priced items are considered "final sale". There are no exchanges, returns, refunds, or store credits allowed on sale items. Additionally, the price of sale items does not count toward the free shipping minimum ($125 as of August 2022).
