Return & Store Policies


Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges/returns on sale yarn, books, needles, notions, or accessories.

When exchanging yarn, shipping costs to and from Blazing Needles will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. Your store credit will reflect the price of the returned item(s) minus any shipping cost.

We strongly suggest that you insure all items to be exchanged. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on these pages. We cannot guarantee that
    your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

    Back Orders

    As we are a brick-and-mortar store, there may be times when we do not have the inventory to fulfill your order. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to let you know that your order has been back-ordered. We will keep your back order until we have the inventory to ship, and will not charge your credit card until the order is ready to send out. You may cancel a back order at any time by contacting 

    Dye Lots

    When we fill an order, we attempt to choose yarn from the same dye lot. If the quantity to do so is not available, we will contact you promptly and see what your preference is. If you prefer your yarn to have the same dye lot, we will back order the yarn, and fill the order when inventory is renewed. If the yarn is discontinued, we may not be able to fullfil the order in a uniform dye lot.
