Elastic Thread

Dritz Elastic Thread is a very thin elastic sewing thread used to create gathering, shirring and smocking on lightweight fabrics. Use the thread in the bobbin of the machine and sew multiple rows to achieve the desired effect. For knitting and crochet, thread a strand through the ribbing of finished sleeve or sock cuffs in 1 or more places to add a bit more "grab".
