The Ovis 21 Ultimate Merino© that is a Woolfolk exclusive is the product of an organization dedicated to the regeneration of grasslands and increasing the profitability of farms in the Patagonian region of Argentina. The end result is an exceptionally fine merino that feels like cashmere. Ultimate Merino’s unique cylindrical structure and long flat scales allow the lustrous fiber to accept dyes with both permanence and depth of color.
This fingering weight yarn has a nice, tight twist that creates a lightweight, elegant fabric, just right for three-season sweaters, wraps, baby garments and hats!
